The silver lining of the cloud that was England's faliure to qualify for the UEFA European Championships is the opportunity to watch the games without being racked with nerves about England's next match (along with the knowledge that Steve McClaren is no longer the manager.)
Watching the games in Russia is even better than at home as thanks to time zones and TV schedules the games take place at 7.45pm and 10.30pm.
Russians have also been given the chance to take part in this survey where they have win up to $400 after answering football related questions. So for one reader the cloud of Russia's inevitable early departure from Austria will ultimately have a silver lining too.....
